Staff was helpful and they were courteous during our stay. You can also visit Izakaya Kaz that offers excellent meals. Not far from hakuba ski jumping stadium, 15 minutes walk😃👌👌

The staff here was fantastic, we would have liked to stay longer, we really enjoyed our time, and the rooms were perfect for what we needed.

Super cozy lodgings, perfect for small families or groups of friends. The cottages provide all the basic amenities: heating, cooking facilities, and a washing machine. The location was peaceful with plenty of beautiful foliage to admire and the sound of a nearby stream. It was located near some incredible winter sports activities such as skiing and mountain biking.
We found the price didn't reflect the value we got for our money. Our cottage felt cramped with limited space to relax.

In this city, I had the best stay with my family in such beautiful mountains with fabulous cleanliness and hotel facilities. The shuttle transportation was amazing, as it took us to the nearby restaurants and the supermarket whenever we needed it. The staff was always ready to help and even provided us with parking space. the hotel was located adjacent to the Evergreen Outdoor centre, a great bonus.
Nothing could have been better.

We had a great weekend in a modern Japanese style villa. the underfloor heating was fantastic and the villa had great amenities including a washing machine. the location was perfect- close to slopes and restaurants. We also enjoyed the convenience of the nearby bus stop.
The master bedroom had a large space, but the bed provided was quite small and uncomfortable for two people. It was disappointing, especially since the room had so much potential.

A good variety of local restaurants can be found within a 10 minute walk of the hotel, also offering quick access to supermarkets, as well as a well, stocked Aeon Big in the nearby area. the rooms are modern, stylish and spacious, well, equipped with comfortable beds and adequate heating to survive the winter. You can enjoy stunning views of the snow, capped mountains from the floor, to, ceiling windows with privacy assured.
The lounge area could use another additional couch to seat larger families comfortably.
